2) Fan‑made / IP

RaidHub is a fan‑made community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Niantic, or any other rights holder. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners. Do not upload or distribute copyrighted materials you do not have rights to.

3) Community Conduct

Be respectful, do not harass others, do not spam, and do not cheat or coordinate violations of other platforms’ terms. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4) Safety & Parental Guidance

Use RaidHub responsibly. Always be aware of your surroundings and obey local laws when meeting other players. Do not trespass or enter unsafe areas. Check weather, traffic, and daylight conditions; adjust plans accordingly. Parents and guardians should supervise younger players and approve any in‑person meetups. RaidHub is not responsible for personal decisions, location choices, or incidents that occur while traveling to or participating in raids coordinated via the platform.

5) Location & Weather Disclaimer

Any location or time information is user‑generated and may be inaccurate or out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying details before traveling. Use caution in severe weather and follow official guidance.

We use email‑based sign‑in and cookies to provide sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for the information you share. Do not share private or sensitive data in public lobbies.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

RaidHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaidHub and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel, weather, or location‑related incidents.
